At PinkCherry Canada, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion finds, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn items with original tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, intimate apparel and earrings are final sale unless a manufacturing defect is present.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and postal code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact, and include a copy of your packing slip inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any Canada Post location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
